Your generous gifts and continuous prayers allow YEF to mobilize youth workers around the world to preach the gospel, change lives and make disciples equipped for the good works of Jesus Christ. As YEF strives to advance the kingdom of God through discipleship, community building and global networking, your investment will touch the heart of God, and bear abundant fruit of saved souls and transformed communities.

	Volunteer serves various parts of the need in Youth Evangelical Fellowsihp, and they receive series of oreintations and the seminars from Senior Vounteers and educations that they need according to our statement of faith and the core values, serving as small group leaders, prayer group leaders on campus or committed to our fellowship growth on and off campus, participating in ministry activities and events.
	Intern will be selected by the Nomination Committee, and they are ones who went through the New Life and Discipleship curriculum with recommendatoin. The program is designed from 3-week long to 3 month-long, placed in between the seasons and the preparation for the major retreats. Paired with a staff, they will be invovled in the real field of Christian organizations in various departments, equipping them with full trainings and the further guidance, exploring different ministry situations helping them to discover their life missions and God's calling.
	Staff helps the chapter run and to be set up firmly. With local director and executive teams, they will form a strong bond with students, volunteers and the surrounding local community. Equiped with educational resources, they will be able to teach and to train others, actively recruiting for loacl chapter. They will help local chapter in hosting retreats and gatherings for students. 	Missionary will pineer new campuses, city/states and abroad. With creative engagement with the culture and the people of the area, they will teach and guide students and local community. They will become a self-supporting fundraiser with the help of the Local driector and finance teams.
